Cargo & Critters was founded in 2009 by Marcus D. Holloway, a third-generation truck driver from Houston, Texas, who noticed something the industry had long overlooked: families and businesses needed a single trusted partner for both commercial freight and the careful, compliant transport of animals.

What began as a two-truck operation has grown into a nationally licensed logistics network spanning all 50 states, with specialized divisions for dry freight, refrigerated cargo, oversized loads, and certified animal transport under USDA and IATA standards.
